1.Responsible for ASEAN regional leadership and recruiting Thailand manager or elite sales agents (candidate must understand channel development, distributor selection, capable of leading a team, with project execution experience, fluent in English and Thai); build Thai local sales team by recruiting 2 sales representatives for direct sales from the Thai factory.2.Lead the sales team to maintain existing customer business; master overall ASEAN market information, lead sales development and sign new agents and customers.3.Lead the team to work with agents to visit contractors, design companies, consultants, and project owners; assist all agents in increasing sales and achieving the company’s annual KPI targets.4.Able to travel within Southeast Asia :each business trip lasts at least 2 weeks.
