Responsibilities1. Network Design & Implementation - Design and develop network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless Network) for New Factory, New Office, and Office Relocation. - Install and configure network systems, including Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Access Points. - Ensure network security and implement measures to prevent cyber threats.2. Project Management & Coordination 2.1 Global & Local Project Management: - Plan and execute Global and Local Network Infrastructure Projects. - Work closely with the Global IT Team and Local IT Team to ensure network structures comply with corporate standards. - Coordinate with multinational teams, vendors, and partners. 2.2 New Factory & New Office Setup: - Define the Network and IT Infrastructure for New Factory and New Office projects. - Collaborate with Facilities, Electrical, Construction, IT Teams, and Vendors to ensure proper installation. - Oversee the setup of Internet Circuits, Network Cabling, Server Rooms, Wireless Systems, and Security Systems. 2.3 Office Relocation: - Plan and execute network and IT infrastructure migration to new locations. - Ensure minimal disruption to IT systems during the relocation process. - Conduct network testing and troubleshooting after relocation. 2.4 Project Control: - Manage timeline, budget, and resources to achieve project objectives. - Prepare project documentation, including Network Diagrams, Configuration Documents, and Change Management Documents in Japanese or English.3. Operation & Maintenance - Monitor and troubleshoot network issues in offices and factories. Analyze network performance and propose improvement solutions. - Manage IT assets and network equipment in accordance with corporate standards.4.
