    - Manage and supervise the Sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
    - Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, especially Automotive OEM / Tier 1 customers.
    - Handle customer requirements, inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-up.
    - Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, Quality, PPIC and Purchasing to support customer requirements.
    - Monitor sales performance, sales forecasts, customer orders and delivery schedules.
    - Support new project development, quotation and cost negotiation.
    - Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for problem-solving and corrective actions.
    - Prepare sales reports, forecasts and management reports.
    - Lead and develop team members to improve sales performance and customer service.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    [Must]
    - Male/Female, 35 years old or older.
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher
    - At least 5 years of experience in Automotive Parts Sales.
    - At least 4 years of experience in team management, with experience managing subordinates.
    - Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.
    - Driving License

    [Advantage]
    - Experience with Plastic Injection / Rubber Parts
    - Experience working with Japanese customers or Japanese manufacturing companies

    [Knowledge]
    - Strong knowledge and understanding of Plastic / Rubber Processing for the Automotive Industry.
    - Good knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949.
    - Knowledge of automotive quality systems and core tools such as: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D / Customer Complaint
    - Good understanding of automotive parts manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
