  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields.
  • At least 5 years of Account Management experience in an agency environment.
  • Strong ability to ask the right questions, uncover clients’ underlying needs, and understand key stakeholders and decision-makers who influence the business.
  • Able to identify the winning points and opportunities for each account, with strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Have a strong sense of taste and aesthetics that enhances brand image, creative direction, and communication.
  • Broad understanding of Digital, Media, Social, Content, and Activation.
  • Able to develop Media Plans / Online Plans, stay up to date with trends, and transform emerging trends into creative ideas or business opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop work schedules and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Systematic thinker with strong decision-making skills; proactive in proposing solutions rather than simply escalating problems.
  • Proven experience in team management and strong leadership skills.
