    【Job Responsibilities】
    - Design store interiors, prepare drawings, and manage construction planning.
    - Prepare drawings for interior construction and building permit applications, and provide support for the application process.
    - Monitor construction progress, supervise on-site work, and prepare progress reports.
    - Handle various applications, including building permits and interior renovation permits.
    - Prepare construction-related reports.
    - Communicate and coordinate with business partners in Taiwan and Japan.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree
    - Over 3 years of experience in the opening of chain restaurants or in the planning and design of commercial facilities
    - Proven experience in new store development, including: Site sourcing / Site selection / Site evaluation / Lease negotiation / Store opening preparation
    - Knowledge of interior construction and fire safety-related regulations.
    - Conversational English skill

    【Advantage】
    - Japanese language skills at JLPT N2 level or above for communication with the Japan headquarters and Japanese management.
    - Stable employment history, with at least 2 years of experience at one company.
    - Experience in store development for restaurant chains or Japanese F&B companies.
    - Experience negotiating directly with shopping malls, landlords, property owners, and real estate developers.
