  Conduct product and process quality inspections, and collect and analyze quality data.
  Investigate quality defects occurring during the manufacturing process, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  Support the preparation and execution of internal audits, process audits, and product audits.
  Perform quality assurance activities in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements, including preparing and updating related documentation.
  Prepare and maintain inspection standards, work instructions, and quality records.
  Support supplier quality improvement activities and supplier quality audits.
  Manage and calibrate measuring equipment, and maintain inspection records.
  Collaborate with the Production and Engineering departments to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
  Collect, analyze, and report quality KPIs, defect rates, and other quality-related data.
  Support customer audits and third-party certification audits.
  Perform other quality assurance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
