Job Description:As a Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and safety throughout the entire product lifecycle, as the company bears responsibility to customers who use the products. The scope of this role is broad and covers all stages from product planning to after-sales support.Key responsibilities：・Participate in the product planning and development stage, providing quality-related input to ensure products meet required standards and customer expectations・Evaluate and select raw materials, including quality assessment, supplier quality verification, and compliance with internal and external standards・Monitor and manage quality control processes during production, ensuring adherence to specifications, procedures, and quality guidelines・Conduct and oversee inspections and testing of products at various stages, including in-process and final inspections・Manage quality assurance for shipment and delivery, ensuring products meet quality requirements before dispatch・Handle quality-related documentation, including specifications, inspection records, reports, and corrective action plans・Investigate and respond to customer complaints and quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)・Coordinate and communicate with internal departments such as production, R&D, procurement, and sales to maintain and improve quality standards・Communicate with customers, suppliers, and related parties in English regarding quality matters when required・Support and maintain quality management systems and compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies・Continuously work on quality improvement activities to enhance product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction
