Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at the Saraburi Factory. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, compliance, compensation and benefits, and performance management, ensuring all HR operations align with the company’s strategic goals and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with Thai Labor Protection laws and industrial regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to meet the factory's staffing needs.
- Manage the payroll process, compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor high-quality training programs.

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Human Resources
- At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience within a large-scale manufacturing environment
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Business-level English
