    - Drive and execute short-term and long-term domestic sales strategies to achieve growth objectives and expand market penetration across Thailand.
    - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer and partner base, with a strong focus on modern trade channels in collaboration with the marketing manager.
    - Oversee key account management and build and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers.
    - Manage, coach, and mentor the domestic sales team to ensure sales objectives are consistently met.
    - Set performance metrics (KPIs), monitor results, and provide guidance to improve sales team performance.
    - Analyze sales data and market insights to identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and maximize growth potential.
    - Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, demonstrations, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
    - Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
    - Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings to strengthen client relationships and support sales efforts.
    - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to align sales execution with company objectives and new product development.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with strong background in Modern Trade Account Management.
    - Proven track record in managing sales teams and negotiating with key accounts.
    - Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
    - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends for strategy development.
    - Good command of English and Thai (written and spoken). Experience with international clients is a plus.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools or data analysis software is advantageous.
    - Willingness and ability to travel within Thailand as required.
