- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales of conveyor systems, robotics, factory automation (FA), material handling equipment, packaging machinery, or similar industrial products
- Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and upcountry locations, with a valid driver's license

- Experience in sales and solution proposals for automated material handling systems, such as AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and other automation equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other technical drawing/design software
