    Sales & Business Development
    - Promote and sell Fluid and Motion Control (FLMC) products, solutions, and services within the Industrial and Combustion sectors.
    - Develop business opportunities with distributors, OEMs, EPC contractors, stockists, and end-users.
    - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and project identification through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
    - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update project opportunities through company systems.
    - Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
    Technical Consultation & Customer Support
    - Understand customer requirements, operational challenges, and technical needs.
    - Recommend appropriate engineering solutions and product applications.
    - Present new products, technologies, and solutions to customers.
    - Support customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    Account Management & Market Expansion
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
    - Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling initiatives.
    - Collaborate with Business Development, Sales Support, and internal teams to implement growth strategies.
    - Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
    Market Intelligence & Reporting
    - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
    - Provide regular market feedback and business insights to management.
    - Support strategic planning through accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    - Work closely with internal engineering, service, and commercial teams.
    - Collaborate with regional and global business units on strategic projects.
    - Ensure compliance with company policies, business ethics, and trade regulations.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
    - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Business Development.
    - Demonstrated experience selling industrial products such as valves, pneumatic systems, automation solutions, motion control systems, industrial equipment, or power & process control solutions.
    - Experience providing technical consultation to translate customer requirements into product specifications and solutions, including preparing quotations and leading client negotiations.
    - Business-level English proficiency and willingness to travel extensively within Northeastern Thailand and occasionally to Central/Eastern Thailand.
