    Objectives
    This role is responsible for growing sales in the assigned region by developing customer accounts and winning new business. The role requires tenacity and resilience, strong relationship building skills, market awareness, and a results-driven mindset.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Grow sales and meet annual targets in the assigned market.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to expand both existing and new customer accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers.
    • Manage distributors to increase market coverage and share.
    • Follow up on sales leads from websites, events, trade shows, and referrals.
    • Share product updates and solutions with customers to support their needs.
    • Track market trends, competitors, and sales performance, and report results regularly.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 5+ years of sales experience in industrial components or machinery (Press Machine, Riveting Machine, Hand Tool).
    • Business-level English and proficiency in local language(s).
    • Valid driving license and own car
