Business Development & Prospecting
Identify and approach new clients, with a strong focus on Japanese companies, through target lists and various acquisition channels
Participate in networking events and seminars to build professional connections and generate new business opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities and enhance existing services to expand the client base
Needs Analysis & Proposal Development
Receive client briefs and gain a deep understanding of their underlying needs and objectives
Analyze client challenges and design tailored solutions (e.g., seminars, PR activities, events, business matching programs)
Prepare project proposals and quotations, and deliver persuasive presentations (pitching) to clients
Closing & Account Management
Negotiate terms and conditions and successfully close deals in line with assigned sales targets
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
Handle client complaints, resolve ad-hoc issues, and provide progress reports to ensure client satisfaction
Coordination & Administrative Support
Coordinate and hand over project details to the Operations team for execution
Update sales activities and client status in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
Provide project management support when required, such as arranging interpreters and managing administrative tasks and contractual documentation
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
[Must]
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Japanese Language, or a related field
-Experience in B2B sales, agency work, advertising/media, or event management
-Strong Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent will be given special consideration)
-Conversational-level proficiency in English
-Pleasant personality with a passion for sales and service-oriented work
-Strong negotiation and presentation skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Experience working in a Japanese company or having studied in Japan
-Positive mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
