- Develop and expand customer base in Thailand, focusing on SMEs requiring customized glass bottle and packaging solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation.
- Act as the main point of contact for Thai customers and coordinate closely with the Malaysia-based sales and operations teams.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate specifications clearly to internal teams and manufacturing partners.
- Support marketing initiatives, including product presentations, customer visits, and market outreach activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the Thai market.
- Prepare sales updates, forecasts, and basic market reports for regional management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Packaging, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG-related, or B2B industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers independently.
- Good command of English for daily communication with the Malaysia-based team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without a local office structure.
- Comfortable working in a cross-border and multicultural environment.
