Job Description:
- Develop new business opportunities with potential customers in the industrial and automation fields (B2B).
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts through regular communication and reliable after-sales service.
- Prepare and deliver product proposals, quotations, and sales presentations according to client needs.
-Understand customers’ technical requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams or Japanese HQ to provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Follow up on project progress and ensure smooth delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Visit customers’ sites or factories to understand their production processes and propose improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and internal departments (procurement, logistics, accounting, engineering) to fulfill customer orders.
- Attend exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to promote the company’s products and solutions.
- Contribute ideas for sales strategy, market expansion, and customer service improvement.

- Sales experience is required
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 up)
- Have driving license
