<Key Responsibilities>
・Lead and drive technical sales activities for elevators and escalators in building projects.
・Provide customers with timely and accurate technical information to support decision-making.
・Continuously monitor and update on customers’ project status as well as competitors’ market activities.
・Conduct company introductions and deliver product and solution presentations to customers.
・Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement and support.
・Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring long-term trust and cooperation.
・Execute tasks and assignments as directed by the manager.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields
‐ Having experience as sales engineer or engineer at an elevator company or security system/parking system/CCTV or relevant fields property, construction fields
- Industry: Property Developer、Designer/Consultant for Office building、Construction Management、Security System Integrator
- Good command of English (Level 3 or above)
- Driving license and own a car
【Advantage】
- Experience in the maintenance service business of an elevator company
- Experience in field maintenance operations across multiple sites (e.g., HVAC, bank ATMs)
- Self-motivated
‐ Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Wordsความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
