  Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Executive to lead and drive their motor insurance sales team. The role is responsible for both individual sales performance and managing a small telesales team to achieve company targets.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Promote and sell various types of motor insurance policies to both new and renewal customers.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  - Assess customer needs and risks to recommend the most suitable insurance plans.
  - Clearly explain policy details, coverage conditions, premiums, and benefits to customers.
  - Manage the end-to-end sales process, including preparing quotations, applications, and premium collections.
  - Follow up with customers on policy renewals and provide prompt assistance for inquiries or complaints.
  - Keep updated on motor insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
  - Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  - Provide leadership in guiding, coaching, and developing the sales team.
