Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute domestic sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
• Monitor market dynamics, including consumer trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and supporting professional development.
• Recruit, train, and retain skilled sales professionals with strong knowledge of the food sector.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts such as supermarkets, distributors, and hospitality groups.
• Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and long-term supply agreements while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Track sales results against KPIs, analyze data to identify opportunities/risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and R&D to ensure market-driven campaigns, product availability, and new product alignment.

【Must】
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the food or FMCG sector.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and coaching skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
