    1.Responsible for ASEAN regional leadership and recruiting Thailand manager or elite sales agents (candidate must understand channel development, distributor selection, capable of leading a team, with project execution experience, fluent in English and Thai); build Thai local sales team by recruiting 2 sales representatives for direct sales from the Thai factory.
    2.Lead the sales team to maintain existing customer business; master overall ASEAN market information, lead sales development and sign new agents and customers.
    3.Lead the team to work with agents to visit contractors, design companies, consultants, and project owners; assist all agents in increasing sales and achieving the company’s annual KPI targets.
    4.Able to travel within Southeast Asia :each business trip lasts at least 2 weeks.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    -Graduated in any related field
    -At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Sales field
    -Experience in Industrial Vales Business only
    -Strong team management ability experience
    -Knowledge in ASEAN market of Industrial Valve products
    -Good command in English and Chinese
