    ● Facilitate business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and define project goals.
    ● Analyze, document, and validate both business and system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    ● Configure and implement modules in Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) or CloudSuite Automotive (CSA), specializing in either Finance & Accounting or Manufacturing domains.
    ● Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    ● Manage the entire data migration process, including pre-go-live preparation, go-live execution, and post-implementation support.
    ● Deliver comprehensive end-user training and develop detailed training materials and user documentation.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    ● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor CSIE or CSA.
    ● Successfully completed at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end ERP implementations.
    ● Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    Finance & Accounting: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Costing.
    Manufacturing: Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Production Planning, Shop Floor Control.
    Automotive Industry: EDI, OEM integrations, sequencing, supply chain management.

    Skills & Competencies:

    ● Strong leadership and facilitation skills to conduct workshops and drive collaboration.
    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    ● Proficiency in both Thai and English, especially in documentation and stakeholder communication.
    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a project team in a dynamic environment.
