    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the HVAC sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Develop sales strategies and drive business growth in the manufacturing sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key factory clients and stakeholders.
    • Support team in solution selling, bidding, and contract negotiation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project delivery.
    • Identify new market opportunities and provide technical consultation as needed.
    • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.
    • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote HVAC solutions.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    Qualifications:
    • English speaking and writing
    • Have professional knowledge experience in HVAC business, be familiar with the operations of HVAC project
    • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related (Electrical or mechanical is an advantage)
    • Strong marketing, planning and project operation ability.
    • Strong Sales team management


    Advantage:
    • Chinese language is an advantage.
