- Handle all HR management including Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll and Training and Development- Responsible office administration such as office supply, purchasing and Maid- Work closely with reporting manager and team to create salary structure and job evaluation- Coordinate training program including new staff orientation- Attend and participate in important internal and external meetings, providing HR and administrative input as required.- Lead, supervise, and support the HR & GA team by ensuring the accuracy of their work, providing guidance and leadership, and managing daily operations and maintain smooth, efficient workflows.- Coordinate with overseas branches to ensure consistent HR practices, smooth communication, and effective collaboration- Handle HR budgeting activities including cost estimation, budget control, expense management and reviewing or processing employee reimbursements in line with company policy
