- Explore the opportunity to expand business within the assigned customer account.
- Proactively find new target customers and acquire new business.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
- Conduct regular (weekly) customer visits.
- Perform sales activities and related service products, i.e., customs brokerage, warehouse, cross-border transportation, etc.
- Prepare, handle and submit quotations, rates, and inquiries.
- Conduct internal weekly/monthly meetings to instruct the Operation Team on newly acquired business.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports: opportunity pipeline report, weekly planning report, sales visit report, quotation issuance and other related reports.
- Follow up with customers on shipment status, related documents, billing, claims, and other requirements.
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
- Other responsibilities as per management.

[Must]
- At least 3 years' experience as Sales Representative/Coordinator/Customer Service in logistics
- Business-level English
- Driving license and own a car
