- Opening and developing new Modern Trade accounts.
- Managing each opportunity from the first buyer conversation through onboarding and the first purchase order.
- Securing product listings and turning them into active, sustainable sales.
- Building strong commercial relationships with buyers, category teams, and key decision-makers.
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure customer requirements can be delivered.
- Growing GMV, active SKUs, and account potential over time.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade sales or key account management, category management or buying, or supplier/vendor sales into major retail chains.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and negotiating pricing and trade terms.
- Understanding of supplier onboarding and product-listing processes.
- Familiarity with Modern Trade commercial structures such as listing fees, promotional contributions, rebates, or display fees.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move opportunities through to completion.
- Confidence using sales and account data to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in fresh food, agriculture, fresh produce, or food supply chains is an advantage.
- An existing network of buyers within Lotus’s, Tops, Big C, Makro, or similar retail chains would be highly valuable.
- Own a personal car and driver's license.英語
