  • 仕事内容

    - Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
    - Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
    - Supervise accounting, taxation, and export-related accounting activities in compliance with Thai regulations.
    - Lead continuous process improvements by leveraging SAP, automation, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
    - Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, and tax authorities on accounting and compliance matters.
    - Review financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    - Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to strengthen capability and support business objectives.
    - Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects as required.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
    - CPD License is required.
    - More than 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
    - Experience in the automotive or export manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
    - Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), export accounting, export documentation, and Thai tax regulations.
    - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, Power Query, and Power BI.
    - Good command of both written and spoken English.
    - Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    - Experience managing a team of approximately 10 members.
