    - Holding a valid Insurance Broker License (Life and/or Non-Life) is highly preferred
    - Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to accurately assess and respond to client needs
    - Good command of English
    - Good computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
