仕事内容
Employee Records Management:
• Update and maintain employee information in the HR system.
• Stay in contact with employees regarding employment contracts, compensation, and benefits.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Monitor and calculate salaries, bonuses, social insurance, and other benefits.
• Handle the procedures related to employees' insurance benefits.
Employee Relations Management:
• Address issues related to labor discipline, disputes, or employee complaints.
• Resolve issues in the relationship between employees and the company.
Policies and Internal Regulations:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and internal regulations.
• Ensure all policies and regulations are strictly followed within the company.
Other Duties:
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to the HR department.
• Stay updated on labor trends, regulations, and laws related to human resources.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in human resources.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Personality: Honest, able to work independently and in teams, and demonstrates high responsibility.
