  - Oversee and manage the entire production operations to meet targets in terms of quality, quantity, and cost with a focus on production optimization.
  - Control and coordinate with related departments such as Maintenance and Engineering to ensure continuous and efficient production processes.
  - Manage and monitor production costs, including Factory Overhead, to align with budget plans and achieve maximum cost-effectiveness.
  - Manage capital expenditures (CapEx) in accordance with the Master Plan and organizational goals, closely monitoring implementation and results.
  - Develop workforce strategies to build a capable team that supports business growth.6.Plan and manage large-scale projects in line with defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  - Supervise shift work and 24-hour production operations to ensure continuity and emergency readiness.
