    - Develop and execute domestic sales strategies and lead special sales projects aligned with business goals
    - Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to expand market presence and drive sustainable sales growth
    - Build a new sales team from the ground up, including structure, direction, and performance management
    - Strengthen relationships with existing clients while proactively developing new business opportunities
    - Conduct market and competitor analysis, and present strategic insights to management
    - Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and warehouse departments to ensure end-to-end sales process

    - Work in partnership with Japanese executives and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher
    - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in team management
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
    - Good command of English
    - Driving license

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in food or FMCG industries is highly desirable
    - Strong sense of ownership, self-driven, and able to lead initiatives independently
    - Demonstrated leadership with the ability to establish and grow a new team
    - Excellent skills in sales analysis, strategic planning, and business communication with executives
