    Department: Commercial

    Responsibilities:

    - Manage and grow sales in modern trade channels
    - Developing and maintaining sales strategies.
    - Planning customer demand and maintaining strong relationships with customers and solving business problems.
    - Managing trade spend and the overall profitability of responsible accounts.
    - Negotiating and introducing business agreements trading terms.
    - Lead a team of merchandisers or sales reps as required.
    - Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and in-store visibility programs.
    - Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
    - Negotiate annual contracts, trading terms, and listing agreements.

  • 応募条件

    [ MUST ]
    - Experience at least 5 years in Modern Trade (Home care / Drink / Personal care or FMCG Beverage)
    - Knowledge in 1. Strategy Planning 2. Data Tracking and Analysis
    - Experience in sales team management
    - Able to communicate in English
    - Able to work at Chonburi's office 2-3 days/week
    - Own a car with driving license, able to travel in other provinces in Thailand
