  - Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency and cost-saving measures.
  - Select, install, and configure new production equipment, focusing on the latest manufacturing technologies.
  - Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
  - Identify and address production issues promptly, providing technical solutions to resolve problems.
  - Review and optimize the use of materials and production processes to achieve cost reductions
  - Prepare process to follow chart, Control plan, Standart, Check sheet, FMEA MSA SPC APAP PPAP
  - Follow up the Mass Production results for each product.
