  - Provide technical engineering expertise for new model projects.
  - Consistently identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  - Develop and execute activities/tasks to achieve strategic objectives.
  - Collect data and apply business knowledge to solve a range of problems.
  - Effectively lead project themes.
  - Demonstrate technical proficiency, with expertise on some topics, within technical area.
  - Evaluate drawings at each phase
  - Design change confirmation (DCMS)
  - Develop and monitor new model project budgets for investment and expense
  - Develop and report new model evaluation materials at key stages of the project
  - Lead department DCMS meeting
  - Develop and distribute new model change points to the department
  - Lead safety, quality and process builds for new model development
  - Monitor equipment changes and fill out proper documentation
  - Prepare, communicate and control new model events through pre-production,
  - Daily communication with sub-groups to confirm projects/tasks are being completed on schedule
  - Monitor incoming design changes
  - Confirm associate training events
  - Review process layout
