  - Act as the leader of the QA/QC team, coordinating and managing the team.
  - Develop and implement quality control systems.
  - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
  - Handle customer complaints related to quality and implement corrective actions.
  - Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  - Communicate and coordinate with both domestic and international customers, addressing quality-related requirements and issues.
  ∟ When necessary, travel to Malaysia to support quality management and resolve issues.
  - Other duty assigned by management
