• Handle all import/export bookings from Customer Service and send booking details to trucking arrangements, including outsourced transporters.• Arrange trucks for northbound and southbound shipments on a daily basis.• Carefully check shipment details and ensure accuracy in the planning report.• Check daily truck status and other necessary details (container number / documents) and report to all concerned.• Communicate with drivers regarding northbound and southbound shipments (clearance place/date/time, delivery place/date/time, and other shipment-related matters).• Prepare export pre-alerts for all concerned and confirm customs clearance dates to all concerned on a daily basis.• Record all truck arrangements in the company's computer system as configured.• Control container movements.• Track the status of delivery order documents.• Prepare import/export monthly reports and other reports as required.• Coordinate with third-party subcontractors to provide trucks when fleet capacity is insufficient.• Monitor trucks to ensure timely arrival at destinations.• Plan, organize, control, and implement all operational activities.• Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth shipment movement.• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
