• Job Description

  - Support the Air Freight Sales team in daily sales coordination and customer management.
  - Coordinate with customers to understand shipment requirements, destinations, schedules, and service needs.
  - Prepare quotations and provide appropriate air freight service options based on customer requirements.
  - Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers when required.
  - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  - Follow up on customer inquiries, service requests, and operational issues.
  - Prepare sales-related documents, reports, and customer information.
  - Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
  - Support the Sales team in developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  - Coordinate with relevant partners and service providers when necessary.
  - Provide administrative and operational support to the Air Freight Sales team.
