- Design, implement, and manage server and network infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).- Administer and maintain Microsoft communication tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and etc.).- Set up and manage mobile device infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security.- Provide technical support and infrastructure management for the company’s ERP platform, which integrates core business functions such as Finance & Accounting, HR, sales, procurement, and inventory.- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, including network latency, system uptime, and data backup/recovery.- Ensure IT security compliance, patching, and access control policies are enforced.- Plan and lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.- Coordinate with relevant Dept. of headquarters (Parent company), vendors and service providers related to IT.- Implement headquarters (Parent company)’s policy and projects related IT- Contract management related above.- Other assignments by GM/UM.
