Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure smooth business operations.- Support and maintain the ERP system, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and making minor updates to enhance functionality. - Debug and maintain in-house applications developed with VB.Net. Ensure applications are running efficiently and securely, implementing necessary improvements based on business needs.- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems. Maintain thorough documentation of processes and system changes.- Provide training and support to end-users on business applications and ERP systems, creating training materials and conducting sessions as necessary.
