- Oversee the daily operations of multiple hotels within the Bangkok and Chonburi cluster, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.- Lead and motivate hotel teams, fostering a culture of excellent hospitality and continuous improvement.- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls to achieve business objectives.- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate management, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards.- Drive marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and revenue.- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement plans to enhance the overall customer experience.
