- Maintain Human Resource Management (HRM) related tasks- Develop in-progress HRIS system implementation, including continued testing and configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, Budget and Payroll- Participate to other HR projects• Payroll task- Process and manage payrolls for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of salaries, bonuses, and other payments- Maintain and update employee payment records, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and any other relevant adjustments- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to payroll, taxation, and benefits, working closely with HR and legal departments- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to handle any payroll discrepancies, employee queries, and resolve payment issues promptly- Prepare regular payroll reports and analytics to provide insights on payroll costs and trends, assisting in budget planning and audits- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions in a timely and professional manner- Monitor and improve payroll processes by implementing best practices and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy- Responsible for P.N.D 1 Kor / P.N.D 1 / Kor Tor 20/ Kor Tor 26 / Student Loans Fund / Kor Ror 11/ SSO etc.- Maintain accurate employee records and attendance tracking• C&B task:- Manage employee benefits, including provident fund, social security, health insurance claims, annual health checkups, and other benefits- Provide guidance on C&B-related inquiries and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies- Review, update, and ensure benefits policies align with Thai labor law and company regulations• Others:- Prepare reports and documents related to human resource management- Contact and coordinate labor law matters, including helping and resolving various problems related to employees in the organization- Other related tasks that assigned by supervisor
