Controlling:1. Journal Vouchers Checking &Posting for Thailand in Syteline.2. Follow the Month end closing process to ensure the accuracy and reliable of information and meet deadline3. Ensure COA(Chart of Account) of nVent Corporate can be followed in finance activities.4. Ensure DOA (Delegation of authority) compliance, review payment and ensure payment policy and procedure compliance5. Manage properties list, update and tracking status6. Ensure monthly reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts7. Data reconciliation among various financial reports and solve the discrepancy when it is needed (such as SOMB)8. Tax and duty report as required, Ensure statutory and tax compliance, and export VAT refund timely9. Work closely with operation team, and lead internal process improvement when it is needed10. Proactively participate ERP upgrade/implementation, drive waste walk and process digitalization with operation team11. Co-ordinate nVent internal audit and independent external audit and government tax auditors on all accounting matters and ensure implementation of audit recommendationsFinance:1)Annual business planning preparation, quarterly X+Y forecast preparation, data uploading, and review with nVent segment finance team to Plant manager to improve business profitability2)Annual standard cost renewal per nVent Policy, ERP variance review - PPV/LOH variance, MUV, etc ..3)Supervise inventory counting process and report, RCCM tracking for significant variance loss.4) Inventory Excess and obsolete item review and tracking with operation team to minimize the E&O loss.5)Monthly finance report and Plant score card review with nVent ISC leadership6)Provide strong business partner support to Plant manager to improve business profitability

Cost Controlling : - Overseeing, managing and developing an annual and multi-year budgets/business plan that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts - Review product costing - Determining transfer pricing - Review quarterly forecasts, the annual budget process, and holding budget meetings.- Present monthly finance review - Overseeing ERP / CO modules and related production, material management and so on Accounting and Tax :- Purchase requisition approval and Payment approval - Review payroll calculation and report payroll taxes (PND1) to the government - Review monthly and annual financial statement and LucaNet consolidation packages- Review annual corporate income tax (CIT) - Handling Annual general Meeting (AGM) - Review operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities - Overseeing ERP / FI module BOI :- Review BOI process and privileges regulations Financial Management : - Overseeing, managing and directing finance activities for the organization.- Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost finance effectiveness. - Collaborate on a regular basis with all department leaders to monitor the business development and set up adequate measures in case of necessity
