- Provide accurate and timely project financial reporting, including cash flow, risks, savings, forecasts, and FX exposure.- Manage all financial aspects of projects, acting as the project’s finance lead/CFO.- Optimize cash flow by monitoring billing milestones, forecasts, bonds, and guarantees in coordination with Treasury.- Ensure compliance with financial procedures, project reviews, and controlling standards; provide early warnings on margin risks.- Analyze financial performance and propose actions to mitigate risks and improve project profitability.- Support contract management and variation order negotiations through financial analysis and costing.- Implement and enhance global project controlling standards, ensuring transparency and strong collaboration with operations teams.
