Project: Construction1) Primary Function:• The Primavera Officer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6• This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals• The officer collaborates with project managers, engineers, and QS Department Head to track progress, allocate resources, and mitigate risks2) Duties & Responsibilities:Project Scheduling and Planning:• Develop, update and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6• Prepare baseline schedule, progress schedule, and recovery plan if required• Monitor project progress vs. planned schedule and identify delaysProgress Monitoring and Reporting:• Track site activities and update progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis• Coordinate with construction team to collect actual progress data• Generate reports: S-curve, manpower histogram, and look-ahead schedulesCoordination and Control:• Work closely with Project Manager, Site Engineers, QS to align progress with budget and resources• Hight potential delays, critical paths, and propose mitigation measures• Support in claims, Extension of Time (EOT), and project presentationsDocumentation:• Maintain planning documents and schedule records• Provide schedule inputs for management reports and client presentations

Project: Construction (MEP)Condition: Site based1) Primary Function:• Contract Engineer to manage and oversee contract-related activities for engineering, purchasing and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contracts are executed in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and project objectives2) Duties & Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:• Cost Estimation and EOQ• Review and analyze BOQ, drawings, and specifications for MEP works• Take-off quantities from construction drawing and shop drawings• Prepare cost plans, cost comparisons, and variation worksCost Control:• Monitor and tract actual material usage and labor cost against budget• Prepare cost reports for Project Manager• Analyze financial risks and propose cost-saving solutionsContract Administration/Monitoring:• Prepare and review documents for Claim, Variation Order (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT), Timely preparation of Claim / VO / EOT documents• Coordinate with contract team, client, and consultant for document closure• Verify subcontractor payment certificates
