【Key Responsibilities】- Collect and analyse data to determine the time, money, materials, and labour required for projects- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimatesand resolve issues- Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors- Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data- Review material and labour requirements to determine whether it is more cost-effective toproduce or purchase components- Cost tracking to ensure project execution is within the estimated budget- Assess cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services- Assist compiling commercial proposal- Other tasks assigned by manager【Working Conditions】- Primarily office environment with potential site visits to project locations.- May require occasional travel to meet with clients or visit project sites.- Full-time position with standard business hours, may require additional hours to meet projectdeadlines.
