  • Job Description

    Project: Construction
    Condition: Site based

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQ for construction
    • Review and analyze BOQ, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works
    • Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to approved budgets
    • Manage contract administration tasks, including tracking deliverables, compliance, and timelines
    • Prepare and compile documentation for claims, VO, and EOT requests, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
    • 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor experience for MEP works
    • Conversational level in English but must able to read documents/email and write a formal email in English
    • Can work independently, active, and a team player
