Job Description

- Act as the main coordinator between the company in Thailand and partners/related agencies in Japan, including Thai government agencies.- Manage and prepare all business-related documents, such as contracts, agreements, licenses, and coordinate necessary registrations.- Handle the import and export process for agricultural products (plants).- Oversee customs clearance documents, licenses, and related regulations.- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs offices.- Translate and interpret documents or communications in Thai and Japanese relevant to business operations (if necessary).- Provide support to the team regarding information and documents related to the agricultural market in Thailand and Japan.
