工作内容

- Develop and drive the company’s long-term business strategy and annual strategic plans.- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks.- Provide Market & Business Intelligence insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.- Partner with the CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and implementation roadmaps.- Monitor progress of key initiatives and support problem-solving to ensure successful execution.- Work with business units to set, track, and evaluate Corporate KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.- Lead cross-functional strategy projects, workshops, and performance review meetings.- Prepare business presentations and strategic reports for executives, Board, and stakeholders.- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure strategic cohesion across the organization.- Provide recommendations to improve performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
