As a key member of the Corporate Planning team, you will act as the executive management’s strategic partner and operational "eyes" on the ground. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and on-site realities, driving business improvements and managing risks.- Executive Decision Support: Proactively propose concrete counter-measures, strategic improvements, and data-driven solutions to support executive decision-making.- On-Site Monitoring & Reporting: Closely monitor daily on-site operations, identify subtle operational changes or bottlenecks, and provide accurate, real-time reports to executives.- Risk Management: Analyze current workflows, identify potential business or operational risks, and implement preventive measures rather than relying solely on traditional practices.- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act with the same high-level perspective and mindset as the executive team to align various departments with company-wide strategic goals.
