Job Description

Our client seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in high-end property sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales for luxury residential projects including condominiums (high-rise and low-rise) and executive villas priced at 50 million THB and above.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through agents/brokers, networking, and social media channels.- Maintain a high level of professionalism, continuously enhance technical knowledge, and stay updated on project details and promotional offers to support sales activities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents by providing information, guidance, and promotional updates.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, presenting investment opportunities and promotions.- Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve assigned sales targets and organizational goals.
