• Job Description

  - Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, and industrial clients across Phuket and the Andaman region.
  - Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to achieve revenue targets and maintain target profit margins.
  - Secure product specifications (spec-in) through early pre-tender and design-stage engagement with consultants and project owners.
  - Manage the full sales cycle from quotation and order processing to delivery coordination, after-sales support, and payment collection.
  - Coordinate with suppliers on product specifications, pricing, and stock availability while identifying opportunities to grow the company’s product business.
  - Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to support business planning and market development.
  - Perform other duties as assigned.
