  - Develop new B2B customers, especially Japanese-affiliated manufacturing companies.
  - Manage and expand relationships with existing corporate customers.
  - Visit factories and understand customers' operational and marking requirements.
  - Introduce suitable industrial marking, ink, and stationery solutions.
  - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  - Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
  - Follow up on customer inquiries, trials, and orders.
  - Coordinate with internal and overseas teams regarding customer requirements.
  - Develop sales pipelines and achieve agreed sales targets.
  - Identify new applications and business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
