    In order to solve the client's organizational issues, we will interview the client about the ideal image of the organization and the speed of expansion it is aiming for, and work together to support the client by identifying issues, making proposals necessary for organizational reform, and supporting the implementation of the reform.

    - Hearing the client company's organizational issues and diagnosing the organizational situation
    - Provide consulting services necessary for organizational transformation

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in any fields
    - At least 1 year working experience at consulting firm or work as customer success/Project manager
    - Good command of English (Business Level)
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in HR consulting fields
    - Able to accept new set-up company
